• What does the RAM 10-Year/100,000-Mile Powertrain Warranty cover?

  It covers critical powertrain components including the engine, transmission, transfer case, driveshafts, axles, and differentials. These are the systems responsible for moving your truck and ensuring long-term reliability.

• Which RAM vehicles are eligible for this warranty?

  The warranty applies to 2026 RAM trucks and vans purchased or leased by retail customers. Eligible models include RAM 1500 (including RAM RHO), RAM 2500/3500 Heavy Duty, RAM Chassis Cab 3500/4500/5500, RAM ProMaster vans, and RAM Power Wagon. Battery electric vehicles are excluded.

• Who qualifies for this warranty?

  Only the original retail purchaser or lessee qualifies. The warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to second owners or fleet/commercial vehicles.

• What happens if I sell my RAM truck?

  The warranty does not transfer to the next owner. Secondary owners receive the standard 5-Year/60,000-Mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty (or 5-Year/100,000-Mile for diesel engines).

• Are fleet or commercial vehicles covered?

  No. Fleet purchases and vehicles registered for commercial use are excluded from this warranty extension.

• Does the warranty include roadside assistance or towing?

  No. The powertrain warranty does not include roadside assistance, towing, or incidental expenses such as rental cars or travel costs.

• Can I extend coverage beyond the powertrain warranty?

  Yes. RAM offers FlexCare Vehicle Protection Plans that extend coverage to additional systems and components. These plans are factory-backed and honored at all FCA US LLC dealerships.

• How do I claim warranty service?
